We are looking for a competent and proactive HR Executive to join our team in the UAE and support the full spectrum of HR functions.
🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Preferably male candidates
• Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee relations
• Ability to manage attendance, leave records, payroll support, and HR operational tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with tight timelines
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and exit formalities
• Manage attendance sheets, leave tracking, and employee timesheets
• Support payroll preparation with accurate data inputs
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies
• Support HR Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with Workers Welfare policies
• Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially
• Assist with performance management and HR reporting
